(WNY News Now) – A 39-year-old Dayton, NY, man was arrested after deputies investigated an alleged domestic incident in the town, leading to charges related to property damage.
On March 8, 2024, at approximately 8:08 AM, Richard M. Bogue, a 39-year-old resident of Dayton, NY, was apprehended by deputies following an inquiry into a prior domestic altercation within the town. The investigation uncovered that Bogue had allegedly caused damage to another individual’s property during the incident.
Subsequently, deputies transferred Bogue to the Town of Persia Court for arraignment, where he was subsequently released on his own recognizance. However, Bogue is obligated to appear in the Town of Dayton Court at a later, undisclosed date.
