(WNY News Now) – Fredonia, New York – In the early hours of March 17th, 2024, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle incident on Vineyard Drive, Town of Dunkirk, leading to the arrest of a 25-year-old Fredonia woman for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

At approximately 02:47 AM, authorities investigated a vehicle off the roadway, later identified as operated by Sara J. Kelemen, 25,. Upon investigation, she was allegedly found to be driving while intoxicated. Charges included driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, and failure to keep right. Kelemen was released with appearance tickets and is expected to appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court.
