Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jody K. Schurman, 60, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and moving from lane unsafely in the Village of Lakewood.
On April 4th, 2024, at approximately 10:11 PM, a traffic stop was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office on Elmcrest Ave. in Lakewood. Jody K. Schurman was identified as the operator of the vehicle and subsequent investigation revealed her intoxication while driving. Schurman was promptly arrested and charged with DWI along with moving from lane unsafely. She was released with tickets to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.
