A 24-year-old woman from Silver Creek, NY, Kayla S. Pollino, faces charges for unlawfully disseminating intimate images of another person without their consent, resulting in her arrest by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident, which occurred on February 27th, 2024, prompted an investigation by law enforcement in response to a complaint in the Town of Portland. Following the probe, Pollino was arrested on April 1st, 2024, and charged under PL 245.15(1a1) for Unlawful Dissemination/Publication of an Intimate Image. She is set to appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date to address the allegations.
