The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin M. Holloway, a 29-year-old male from Silver Creek, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps during a traffic stop on Lamphere St. in Dunkirk on April 7, 2024 at 1:09 AM.
On April 7, 2024, at approximately 1:09 AM, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a routine traffic stop on Lamphere St. in Dunkirk, leading to the arrest of Justin M. Holloway. The 29-year-old Silver Creek resident was found to be driving under the influence, resulting in charges of DWI, DWI per se, and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps.
Holloway was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk City Court at a later date.
