(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Jamestown Police Department responded to a domestic dispute on the Eastside, leading to the arrest of a Jamestown woman on charges of Criminal Contempt 1st and Criminal Mischief 4th.
On April 9th, 2024, at 12:52 am, Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon rushed to an Eastside address following reports of a domestic altercation. Investigation revealed Dominique Z Barr, 25, allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim in violation of an Order of Protection. Barr was taken into custody and faces charges of Criminal Contempt 1st and Criminal Mischief 4th. Held pending arraignment, Barr awaits legal proceedings at Jamestown City Jail.
