(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 29-year-old Jamestown resident, faces charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd degree following a domestic dispute on the north side of the city.

On April 10, 2024, at around 1:41 pm, authorities responded to reports of a past tense domestic dispute. Investigation revealed Kimberlee A. Stohl’s involvement in a physical altercation where she allegedly kicked the victim in the presence of a child, entangling the minor in the altercation. Stohl was subsequently arrested and taken into custody. She awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The charges include Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd degree. Stohl is currently held in city jail pending the legal proceedings.

    What’s wrong with people so sad for these children watching their mother being abused hopefully justice will be served and mama and children are ok mentally and physically sending prayers🙏🏼🙏🏿🙏❤️🩸🌸

  2. Im not sure you read this correctly Ethel, the mother is the aggressor, not the victim.
