(WNY News Now) – Westfield, NY – Chautauqua County authorities respond to an alleged assault incident in the early hours of April 12th, 2024, leading to the arrest of a 23-year-old Westfield man.
On April 12th, 2024, at approximately 1:13 AM, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Westfield Police Department were dispatched to Route 20 in the Town of Westfield following reports of an assault. Subsequent investigation resulted in the apprehension of Levi A Cross, 23, from Westfield. Cross faces a single charge of Assault in the Second Degree. He was transferred to the Chautauqua County Jail for processing and arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program.
