Syracuse Police Officers rushed to the 200 block of Sabine Street on Saturday, April 13th, 2024, following reports of gunfire. They discovered a deceased male with gunshot wounds upon arrival.
At approximately 12:04 p.m., Syracuse Police responded to the scene and found the victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
