On April 16, 2024, at 2:12 AM, Francis D. Woodin, 52, of Salamanca, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, and failure to keep right during a traffic stop on Atlantic St, Salamanca NY 14779.
Woodin was subsequently processed and released with an appearance ticket. The charges against Woodin include 220.03, 511A, 1120A, with an appearance ticket issued. Woodin is scheduled to appear at Salamanca City Court at a later date. No bail was set for this case.
