Andrew C. Harris, 27, was apprehended on Rt 394 in the Town of Chautauqua on April 19 at 11:05 am, charged with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO) 1st and possession of a controlled substance 7th after deputies discovered he had 29 license suspensions and was carrying methamphetamine.

Deputies in Chautauqua County observed Andrew Harris driving on Rt 394, leading to his arrest due to a known suspended license. A New York State license check revealed a shocking 29 suspensions on Harris’ record. Subsequent search uncovered a quantity of methamphetamine in his possession, resulting in charges of AUO 1st (a felony) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.

Harris is set to appear in the Town of Chautauqua court to address the charges against him.
