(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A 39-year-old man was apprehended by Third Platoon officers in Jamestown on charges of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree after he was found inside a condemned residence on the southside, as reported on May 2, 2024, at 12:17 AM.
In the early hours of May 2, 2024, Third Platoon officers swiftly responded to a trespass complaint at a condemned property located on the southside of Jamestown. Upon arrival, officers discovered Brandon T. Jimerson, aged 39, within the premises. Without resistance, Jimerson was taken into custody and subsequently transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Jimerson faces charges of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree and awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court. The circumstances surrounding his presence at the condemned residence remain undisclosed.
