(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A domestic dispute on the West side of the City escalated into charges against a 25-year-old Jamestown woman including endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief.
Brianna M Ryan, a 25-year-old resident of Jamestown, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts) and criminal mischief in the 3rd degree following an incident on May 3/24 at 5:31 pm. Police officers responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at an address on the West side of the City. Allegedly, Ryan punched a male victim in the face and shattered a glass door in the presence of her two children. She was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where she is held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. The charges stem from the alleged physical altercation and damage to property. The incident remains under investigation by local authorities.
