Naquan M Evans, a 28-year-old resident of Jamestown, was apprehended by the Jamestown Police Department after allegedly violating an Order of Protection against three individuals, resulting in his arrest and pending arraignment.

In the early hours of May 10, 2024, at approximately 12:38 AM, authorities from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon responded to reports of a potential burglary at a residence located on the East side of Jamestown. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the incident involved a violation of an existing Order of Protection against Naquan M Evans, a Jamestown native.

Following a swift investigation, law enforcement officers identified Evans at the scene and promptly took him into custody. Evans stands accused of breaching the Order of Protection against three individuals, leading to his arrest on three counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.

Currently, Naquan M Evans remains detained at the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment proceedings scheduled in the Jamestown City Court.
