Marcelino S. Hernandez, a 42-year-old Jamestown resident, was arrested on May 10, 2024, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and an outstanding arrest warrant.
On May 10, 2024, at approximately 4:18 PM, an officer patrolling near Prendergast Ave and E 8th St observed Marcelino S. Hernandez riding a bicycle on the sidewalk. Knowing Hernandez had an active warrant, the officer arrested him at E 8th St/ N Main St. A search during the arrest revealed he was in possession of cocaine, leading to an additional charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
Hernandez was processed at Jamestown City Court and released on an appearance ticket pending further proceedings.
