Jamestown resident Noel L. Luciano faces multiple charges after police respond to a disorderly person complaint at La Quinta hotel.

On May 16, 2024, at approximately 11:30 AM, Jamestown police responded to a disorderly person complaint at La Quinta hotel, located at 200 W 3rd St. The incident involved 43-year-old Jamestown resident Noel L. Luciano.

Child Protective Services (CPS) case workers on the scene informed officers that they discovered a container with drug residue in a playpen during a welfare check. Luciano attempted to hide the container in a garbage can before officers arrived, but police managed to recover it. Tests confirmed the substance was methamphetamine.

Three children, all under the age of three, were present in the room. Fortunately, none of the children were harmed. Luciano was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident.

Luciano faces charges including three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of tampering with physical evidence, and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
