Jamestown, NY – On May 21, 2024, at approximately 3:09 pm, Jamestown Police arrested Michael Wolfe, a 45-year-old resident, for larceny in the southern part of the city.

Officers from the Second Platoon responded to a reported larceny in progress. Their investigation revealed that Wolfe had stolen a push mower from a backyard and fled on foot. Police quickly located and apprehended Wolfe, recovering the stolen lawn mower, which was returned to its owner.

Wolfe has been charged with Petit Larceny and is currently held at Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
