David R Ralph II, 35, of Westfield, was arrested for felony DWI on Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua late Wednesday night.
On May 22, 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua. During the investigation, David R Ralph II, 35, of Westfield, was found to be driving while intoxicated. Ralph was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, moving from a lane unsafely, and failure to keep right. He was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
