A Jamestown man was arrested for aggravated harassment following a late-night incident in Mayville, NY.

On May 25, 2024, at approximately 11:50 PM, deputies responded to a report of a disorderly person on Hannum Road in the Town of Chautauqua. Upon arrival, it was determined that Austin E. Solo Sakss, a 31-year-old resident of Jamestown, had threatened physical violence towards another individual.

Authorities promptly arrested Sakss, charging him with aggravated harassment in the second degree. He was then transported to Mayville for processing. After being processed, Sakss was released with an appearance ticket, requiring him to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
