On June 3, 2024, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Jonathan E. Colon on a parole violation warrant.
On June 3, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant leading to the arrest of Jonathan E. Colon, 39, from Allegany, NY.
Colon was charged under CPL 120.60 (01) for violating parole conditions. Following his arrest, Colon was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He is currently being held pending arraignment.
