Tyler B Milliron faces grand larceny charges after allegedly stealing a handgun from a Ripley residence.

On May 28th, 2024, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division responded to a report of a stolen handgun from a residence in Ripley, NY. Following a thorough investigation, authorities identified Tyler B Milliron, 28, of 22 Mechanic Street, Ripley, NY, as the primary suspect.

A Warrant of Arrest was subsequently issued for Milliron, charging him with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, under New York Penal Law, involves the theft of property valued over $1,000, or specific items such as firearms, motor vehicles, or credit/debit cards.

Milliron turned himself in to the Chautauqua County Jail upon learning of the warrant. He was then arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and subsequently released. The court proceedings will continue in the Town of Ripley Court.
