(WNY News Now) – Mayville – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reveals alleged breaches of protection orders by an incarcerated man.

On July 2, 2024, Robert Kaczor Jr., 29, of Fredonia, NY, was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. While incarcerated at Chautauqua County Jail, Kaczor allegedly contacted two individuals with full stay-away orders against him. Following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, Kaczor will be arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court.
