(WNY News Now) – Allegany – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb of Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Emily M. Putt, 28, of Olean, NY, for multiple counts of Criminal Trespass at Walmart in Allegany, NY.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended Emily M. Putt following her alleged unlawful presence at Walmart, located in Allegany, NY, on July 1, 2024, at 9:10 AM. Putt had previously received a restriction from property notice in 2023, yet entered the premises on two separate occasions.
Emily M. Putt, residing at 137 1/2 N 7th St, Olean, NY, has been charged with two counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree under PL 140.10a. She was subsequently released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled for arraignment in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, Putt is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
