(WNY News Now) – Ashford – A routine patrol led to the arrest of Cody J. Slomba in Ashford, following a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.

On July 6, 2024, at approximately 11:19 AM, Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported the arrest of Cody J. Slomba, 31, of Ashford, NY. The incident occurred on Watson Road in the Town of Ashford.

The arrest followed a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court. Upon arrival, the patrol found Slomba at his residence. Slomba was subsequently transported to Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings.
