(WNY News Now) – Salamanca – Francis D. Woodin Jr., 52, of Salamanca, was arrested on multiple warrants by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and is currently awaiting arraignment.
On July 9, 2024, at 6:34 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Francis D. Woodin Jr., 52, of Salamanca, New York, at 1 Barrett Drive. Woodin was taken into custody on multiple warrants issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. Following his arrest, Woodin was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
