(WNY News Now) – Coldspring – On July 6, 2024, at approximately 11:04 AM, deputies from the Sheriff’s Department executed a warrant on Railroad Avenue in the Town of Cold Spring, leading to the arrest of Autumn M. White, 27.
During the operation, deputies discovered that White had an active arrest warrant issued by the New York State Police (NYSP) in Olean. Following the arrest, White was transported to a secure location before being handed over to NYSP Olean for further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
