(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – A 22-year-old Jamestown woman faces multiple charges after violating protection orders during a domestic dispute in Westside Park.
On the evening of July 12, 2024, at approximately 7:59 PM, officers from the second platoon responded to Westside Park in Jamestown following a report of a physical domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers located Abigail L. Osborne-Thompson, 22, a short distance away from the reported scene.
The investigation revealed that Osborne-Thompson was in the presence of three individuals who had full stay-away orders of protection against her. This violation resulted in her immediate arrest.
Osborne-Thompson was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the city jail. She faces three counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. Currently, she is held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
