(WNY News Now) – Olean – Significant traffic delays are expected on East State Street in Olean as the Walkable Olean Phase III construction project progresses.
Construction continues on East State Street from Front Street to North Union Street. Work at the Barry Street intersection will begin July 22nd. There will be significant traffic delays as it will be down to one lane traffic at times, detours will be in place through the completion of the project. It is recommended that motorists find alternate routes. We appreciate your patience as we undertake this project.
