(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old Clarence man was arrested Sunday after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of two young women at the Tillman Road Wildlife Management Reserve, state police reported.

The incident occurred around 4 p.m. at the 240-acre reserve, which features trails, former farm fields, and wetlands. According to a state police news release, the two young women, whose ages were not disclosed, encountered the man engaging in lewd behavior while walking through the reserve.

Despite attempts to deter him, including hitting him with a fishing pole, the man continued his actions. The young women then called 911. State troopers responded and located a suspect matching the description provided by the victims.

Bryan Rivera Rosario, 29, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, public lewdness, and exposure of a person. Rosario was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Clarence Town Court in August. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
