(WNY News Now) – Syracuse – A late-night stabbing on Dickerson Street in Syracuse has left a man in stable condition as police continue their investigation.

On Thursday, August 1st, around 11:10 p.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to a reported stabbing in the 100 block of East Onondaga Street. Upon investigation, officers determined that the incident occurred in the 100 block of Dickerson Street. They found a man in his 30s on South Salina Street suffering from two stab wounds. The injured man was transported to Upstate University Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

The Syracuse Police Department is actively investigating this incident. They urge anyone with information to contact them at (315) 442-5222.
