(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – On August 4, 2024, at approximately 7:45 AM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st Platoon responded to a report of a disorderly person at UPMC Chautauqua, located at 207 Foote Ave.

Upon arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Alexander Isaac, a 29-year-old male from Dunkirk, NY, had caused damage to hospital property. Isaac was promptly taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail without further incident.

He faces charges of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Tampering in the 3rd Degree. Isaac is currently being held at Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
