(WNY News Now) – Town of Little Valley – A Salamanca resident has been detained pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

On August 6, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, John M. Abrams Jr., 39, of Salamanca, NY, was taken into custody. Abrams Jr. was apprehended on an extraditable warrant issued by the Pennsylvania State Police. Following his arrest, Abrams Jr. was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing.

Subsequently, Abrams Jr. appeared for arraignment at the Town of Little Valley Court. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
