(WNY News Now) – Little Valley – A 44-year-old Olean resident was taken into custody by authorities on an outstanding bench warrant in Little Valley.
On August 24, 2024, at approximately 9:00 AM, Elizabeth Foster, a 44-year-old resident of Olean, NY, was arrested at 301 Court Street in Little Valley, NY. The arrest was made on a bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
Foster was remanded to the county jail without bail. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
