(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – Nathan J. Houser, a 22-year-old Jamestown resident, faces charges of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after allegedly assaulting a victim in a domestic dispute, as reported by Jamestown Police on September 9th, 2024.
On the night of September 9th, 2024, Jamestown Police responded to a north side address following a report of a domestic disturbance involving Nathan J. Houser. Upon arrival at approximately 11:43 PM, officers found Houser had thrown a victim to the ground and allegedly choked her during the altercation. Disturbingly, the incident occurred in close proximity to a small child.
Houser, swiftly located and apprehended by law enforcement, cooperated during his arrest without further incident. He was subsequently transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he remains in custody pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
