(WNY News Now) – Delevan – A Delevan resident was charged with Criminal Trespass after allegedly entering a property he was legally barred from.
Austin M. Pleace, 27, of Delevan, New York, has been arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree. The incident occurred on September 4, 2024, at 8:45 AM on 103 Regan Street in Delevan, NY.
According to the investigation, Pleace knowingly entered a property despite being prohibited by a prior trespass order. This violation led to his arrest following a complaint filed with local law enforcement. Pleace was charged under New York Penal Law Section 140.10, which deals with unlawful entry onto property.
Pleace was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Yorkshire Court at a later date. No bail was set in this case, and he was released on his own recognizance. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
