(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – On September 14, 2024, at approximately 3:29 a.m., Jamestown City Police responded to a report of a suspicious situation at 7 S Main St. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Tyren L. Wofford, a 20-year-old male, was involved in an alarming incident.
During their investigation, authorities determined that Wofford exposed his genitals to an individual and subsequently struck another person with his fist. The situation prompted immediate action, leading to Wofford’s arrest without incident.
Wofford has been charged with public lewdness and harassment in the second degree. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is currently being held pending arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
