(WNY News Now) – LOCKPORT, NY – Travis Watts, a 40-year-old resident of Gasport, NY, was arrested early on September 25, 2024, at approximately 3:05 AM. The arrest was made by the Niagara County Drug Task Force after a thorough investigation into his alleged drug activities.

Watts faces several serious felony charges, including Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Substance with Intent to Sell in the third degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, and Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell in the third degree. Additionally, he was apprehended on a separate warrant issued by Lockport City Court for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.

Watts is currently being held at the Niagara County Jail, awaiting arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
