(WNY News Now) – Forestville – Tyler Davis, 29, of Forestville, was sentenced on September 30, 2024, by Judge Foley to five years in prison with two years of post-release supervision. Davis was convicted of two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B felony.
Davis was arrested in November 2023 following a New York State Police investigation and an indictment by the Chautauqua County Grand Jury. Initially charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a class A-II felony, Davis pled guilty to the lesser charges in July 2024.
The District Attorney’s Office, represented by ADA Erik Bentley, expressed gratitude to the New York State Police for their thorough investigation.
