(WNY News Now) – A West Seneca man was arrested at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo on a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Buffalo – On October 4, 2024, at approximately 9:38 a.m., Aaron J. Leo, 31, of West Seneca, NY, was taken into custody by law enforcement officers at Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo. Leo was wanted on a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Officers arrived at the hospital, where Leo was being treated, and took custody of him from the hospital staff. Following the arrest, Leo was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
