(WNY News Now) – A 38-year-old Niagara Falls resident faces multiple felony charges after being apprehended during a drug investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Niagara Falls, NY – On October 7, 2024, authorities arrested Clifford D. Collier, age 38, of Niagara Falls, following an in-depth investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force. Sheriff Michael Filicetti confirmed Collier’s arrest on two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, both felony charges.
The arrest took place at approximately 11:30 AM at a residence on 4600 Hyde Park Blvd, where Collier was taken into custody without incident. The investigation, which remains ongoing, focused on drug distribution activities in the region. Collier is currently being held at Niagara County Jail and awaits arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
