(WNY News Now) – The Jamestown Local Development Corporation (JLDC) is set to review financial reports and loan requests in its upcoming annual board meeting on October 23, 2024.
Jamestown, N.Y. – The Jamestown Local Development Corporation (JLDC) will hold its annual board meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. Key agenda items include the approval of financial reports, loan requests, and revisions to nonprofit grant agreements.
One significant item under consideration is a loan request from Monroe & More, LLC. In addition, the JLDC will review proposed revisions to the ARPA Non-Profit grant for the YMCA project.
The meeting will also address approval of the JLDC financial reports and the minutes from the last board meeting held in July. The board could also enter an executive session if necessary, before adjourning.
