(WNY News Now) – In Olean, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 32-year-old on a bench warrant.
Olean, N.Y. – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has reported the recent arrest of Derick E. Allshouse, 32, of Olean, NY, who was apprehended on a bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. On October 22, 2024, at approximately 10:21 a.m., deputies located Allshouse on E State St. in Olean, executing the warrant without incident.
The bench warrant, classified under CPL 530.70 (3), led to Allshouse’s immediate remand to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he awaits future court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
