(WNY News Now) – An Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrest leads to a transfer and court proceedings for Belfast resident Casie E. Boyle.
On October 23, 2024, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 36-year-old Casie E. Boyle of Belfast, NY, on an active bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. The arrest, initially executed by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Genesee Street in Cuba, NY.
Boyle was subsequently transferred into the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail. She is held without bail and awaits further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
