(WNY News Now) – The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is calling on Buffalo residents to voice their opinions on a proposed plan to investigate contamination at the Hickory Street Apartments site.
BUFFALO, NY – The DEC is now accepting public feedback on a draft work plan developed to address contamination at the Hickory Street Apartments site (#C915405) under New York’s Brownfield Cleanup Program. The site, located in Buffalo’s East Side, is undergoing evaluation to determine the extent of pollution and assess potential cleanup strategies.
