(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown resident faces harassment charges after an alleged physical altercation during a domestic dispute in the Town of Ellicott.
ELLICOTT, NY – Austin R. Karash, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with harassment in the second degree following a domestic disturbance on December 16.
Town of Ellicott Police responded to an in-progress domestic situation, where it is alleged that Karash made physical contact with the victim. After investigating, officers charged Karash and issued him an appearance ticket.
Karash is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
