(WNY News Now) – Kyle A. Atwater, 26, of Hinsdale, NY, was arrested in Olean on December 10, 2024, after a probation warrant was issued by Allegany County authorities.
Olean, NY – A Hinsdale man was arrested on December 10, 2024, after a probation warrant led authorities to his location at 1 Leo Moss Dr. Kyle A. Atwater, 26, was apprehended at approximately 1:21 a.m. by law enforcement officers in connection with a warrant issued by Allegany County Probation.
Atwater was arrested under CPL 530.70 for probation violation. Following processing, Atwater was released on his own recognizance and handed over to Allegany County Sheriff’s deputies for further legal action.
The arrest was carried out without incident, and Atwater is expected to face further proceedings as part of the ongoing case. He will appear in court on December 16, 2024, to answer to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
