(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin D. Kulczycki on December 8 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, with an arraignment scheduled for January 2025.
On December 8, 2024, deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Justin D. Kulczycki following an investigation into a report that Kulczycki had taken a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle was taken on December 7, 2024. Following the investigation, Kulczycki was apprehended without incident. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for an upcoming court date.
Kulczycki is scheduled to appear in the Town of Machias Local Criminal Court on January 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM for arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
