(WNY News Now) – Olean authorities arrest two individuals with multiple warrants after a suspicious encounter outside a local Tim Hortons.
On December 19, 2024, at approximately 12:05 a.m., the Olean Police Department responded to a complaint from a Tim Hortons employee reporting two suspicious individuals in front of the store. Deputies arrived at the scene and made contact with the suspects, later identified as Keith S. Kuder Sr., 41, and Autumn N. Beadle, 27, both of Olean.
During the interaction, it was determined that Kuder Sr. had an active warrant for his arrest out of the City of Olean Police Department. Beadle, similarly, had active warrants from both the City of Olean Police Department and the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
As a result, both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Olean Police Department. There, they were processed and held on their respective warrants. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
