(WNY News Now) – A routine collaboration between Orchard Park Police and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of a Buffalo woman on a probation-related warrant.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff Eric A. Butler has announced the arrest of Beth A. Gardner, 43, of Buffalo, New York, following the execution of a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County probation authorities.

The arrest took place on December 24, 2024, at approximately 6:20 PM in Orchard Park, where local police took Gardner into custody. She was subsequently transferred to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and remanded to the county jail.

Gardner faces court proceedings at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
