(WNY News Now) – In the early hours of December 25, 2024, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office conducted an arrest on Route 219 in the Town of Great Valley. Johnnylee A. Cunningham, 24, was apprehended after deputies executed a bench warrant issued for his arrest.
The warrant was executed without incident, and Cunningham was subsequently turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department for further legal proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
